Position Overview
What You’ll Do
- Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives.
- Learn campaign budgeting, A/B testing, and lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and best practices.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is a plus (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
