Position Overview
In this Role, you’ll get to
- Provide professional services for corporate clients, including incentive travel, meetings, events, business inspections, and related activities;
- Maintain client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, implement company policies and regulations, and mitigate operational risks;
- Proven experience in managing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) projects, large accounts, or education sector accounts, with strong service awareness and communication skills;
- Adept at interpersonal relationship building and able to thrive under high-pressure work environments.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the travel industry; candidates with MICE or exhibition experience are preferred;
