A leading banking institution in the Philippines is seeking an individual for the position responsible for achieving loan volume targets while ensuring sound credit quality and excellent customer service. This role includes soliciting microfinance loan accounts, analyzing loan applicants, conducting credit activities, and maintaining compliance with bank policies. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, strong selling and communication skills, and ideally, experience in microfinance sales. Familiarity with basic software is a plus.
