We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile PPM Facilities Engineer to join our team. This is a mobile role covering commercial sites around the M4 Corridor , South West and towards Birmingham, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of client properties.
What You'll Be Doing
* Organise and deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), including electrical and mechanical tasks, in line with the agreed maintenance planner, such as emergency lighting testing, fire alarm testing, water temperature checks, and filter changes.
