The Mobile Mental Health Clinician will serve in two rotating capacities, providing direct service to clients in the field as a member of a Mobile Crisis Team as well as providing triage and telehealth services to clients in distress. As a member of the Mobile Crisis Team, this position is responsible for services for individuals in crisis requiring de‑escalation, mental‑health and risk assessments, and coordination of care and supports in the community. The position also involves working collaboratively with Mobile Crisis Team partner agencies, emergency room departments, community mental health and addictions, and psychiatrists. The Mobile Mental Health Clinician will participate in collaborative care efforts with other interdisciplinary service providers such as, but not limited to, Community Mental Health, Primary Care, Psychiatry, EMS, justice, victims’ services, child and family services, and police services.
