Position ProfileManage the design, construction, development, and implementation of injection molds and tooling required to support the development of new products and existing products.Manage the design, construction, development, and implementation into the manufacturing plant of secondary equipment such as sonic welders, heat stake machines, clip machines, and end‐of‐arm tooling.Manage the design, construction, development, and buy‐off of check fixture gauges; update standard tooling specifications as required for use in all tool builds.Evaluate mold flow analysis and perform manufacturing feasibility studies and design reviews as necessary.Provide support and direction to tooling vendors and molding suppliers.Identify improvement opportunities for tooling and process.Required Core CompetenciesGeneral strategic thinking and implementation.Continuous Improvement.Oral and written communication with impact.Manage/contribute to multiple dynamic priorities.Professional expertise.Activ...
