Mortgage Loan Processor / Parabroker (Australian Mortgage Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor / Parabroker to join our growing team in Cebu. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting Australian Mortgage Brokers through the end-to-end mortgage application process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing loan applications from initial assessment through to settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional turnaround times while liaising with brokers, lenders, clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial loan applications from submission through to settlement.
• Complete serviceability assessments and borrowing capacity calculations.
• Conduct lender product research, pricing requests, and policy checks.
• Order and manage property valuations.
