Motherboard Design Engineer

What You Do

As a Motherboard Design Engineer at OnLogic, you develop and validate our company’s motherboards to ensure they meet specifications.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Develop hardware, including circuit schematic design and layout for Intel x86, AMD, and ARM based products for industrial applications.
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage the technical side of motherboard development in-house.
• Control project schedules and drive continuous improvement for product designs.
• Mentor and guide other Electrical Engineers and PCB Layout Designers.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team and Contract Manufacturers to build prototypes, and cooperate with Product Management on new circuitry.
• Maintain documentation such as block diagrams, checklists, manuals, BOMs, and test plans.
• Participate in improvement activities to ensure superior product quality.
