MRTT FAL Production Engineer

Job Description:

Vacancy for Production Engineer in A330 MRTT FAL within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Spain) . The role involves conversion of A330MRTT.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of a multifunctional team to achieve delivery goals without pending work (integration of all functions assigned to Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production control, etc.).
• Coordination of team resources assigned to a GNT (human, infrastructure, tooling, industrial means, etc.) composed of engineers, electricians, mechanical fitters, testing technicians, EASA145 certifiers, Airbus, and several subcontractors working in the same GNT.
• Lead cultural transformation toward a more efficient organization by deploying and implementing company corporate values.
