MS Dynamics CRM Tester

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in the Airline Booking Reservation domain and Automation Testing using Selenium Java to join our QA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system regression and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Dynamics 365 applications.
• Design, develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Validate end-to-end airline booking workflows including flight search, reservations, ticketing, payments, check‑in, loyalty programs, cancellations and customer service modules.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, automation suites and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.
• Test CRM integrations with airline systems such as booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty platforms and third‑party APIs.
• Perform API testing using Postman REST clients.
