Position Overview
Job Description
Always work in a safe manner following all established safety rules and regulations.
Repair and maintain mechanical equipment such as extruders, Thermoformers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, conveyors, and other production equipment.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed.
Follow all established Maintenance practices regarding SAP, Preventative maintenance paperwork, parts usage, and ordering.
Continuous improvement in speed and accuracy of product changeovers and maintenance plans.
Requirements
Must provide and maintain appropriate tools and toolbox to perform all necessary job functions.
Troubleshoot problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
