We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Commercial Engineer to join a busy facilities maintenance team supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across North London, including schools, children's centres, and other public sector buildings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience across multiple MEP disciplines to secure a long‑term contract within a stable and rewarding environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation works, including:

• Plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical repairs
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Asset renewals and replacements
• Statutory testing and compliance checks
