Multi-Trade Operative – Social Housing

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.

Our client is looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join their team on a 12‑week temp‑to‑permanent basis. The ideal candidate will primarily work on Social Housing Repairs contracts in planned and reactive maintenance on void and tenanted properties, mainly in Knowsley and occasionally in Salford. Candidates should have experience working on wet rooms, bathrooms and kitchens.

To be successful you will have proven experience in as many of the following duty areas:

• Kitchen, bathroom & wet room replacements
• Joinery – UPVC doors & windows, internal doors & frames, skirting & architrave, etc.
• Plastering – patch plastering, damp repairs, full‑room plastering
• Tiling – screed & vinyl tiles, ceramic wall tiling
• Painting & decorating
