Multilingual Service Desk Engineer – 1st Line (Zurich, Hybrid)

Trust In SODA is looking for a Service Desk Engineer for a 6-month contract in Zurich. The role entails 1st Level Support for internal IT requests in German, French, Italian, and English.

The contract offers a maximum rate of 400 CHF per day, with onsite training transitioning to 2 days of remote work per week after. You will assist customers in resolving their IT issues and maintain knowledge databases while working in shift patterns.
