• To produce a quality product, in line with prescribed specifications by ensuring the efficient run-ability of the entire paper machine, including stock preparation and all related processes.
• Ensure efficient operation of all paper machine sections/processes: Re-winder, Dry End Production, Boilers, Manufacturing Operator, Process Controller and Stock prep controller duties.
• Paper machine operation at all levels and stages.
