We are two neighboring families looking for a warm, engaging, and experienced nanny to care for our two toddlers in a nanny share setting.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and is passionate about early childhood development. Rather than simply supervising, we’d love someone who creates a fun, enriching morning through play-based learning and engaging activities.
We’re looking for someone who will:
* Plan age-appropriate educational and creative activities
* Lead arts and crafts, sensory play, music, and story time
* Encourage early learning through games, preschool-style activities, and a homeschool-inspired approach
* Spend time outdoors when weather permits
* Foster kindness, sharing, independence, and confidence
* Keep the children engaged with minimal or no screen time
