National Field Manager – Contract

Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: CAD 75,000 to 85,000

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence.
• Drive sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction, using data‑driven insights to optimize performance.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
