Need help plastering a wall and applying plaster skim

I'm looking for a reliable tradesperson to skim a wall in my living room. The wall is about 4m wide and 2.5m tall, currently bare plaster and a little uneven in places. I’d like someone with experience to prepare the surface, apply plaster, and finish with a smooth skim coat ready for paint. Please include any dust protection, drop cloths, and cleanup in your quote. I prefer someone who can work during daytime hours and bring their own tools. If you can also advise on drying times and initial painting schedule, that would be great.
