Network Engineer

Please note this is x3 days per week. Job Responsibilities Performing local, remote and inter-networking design, implementation and documentation; Utilizing and integrating network components such as bridges, routers and remote asynchronous links; Monitoring the performance of the network platform and making technical recommendations on improvements if necessary; Identifying business leads, interfacing with sales and providing input into technical proposal development; Coordinating and taking lead of assigned projects in all technical and communication aspects; Providing technical networking support to customers and peers; Supporting the implementation and ongoing operations of network access control devices to include firewalls, web proxies, and SSL VPN devices; Working collaboratively across a variety of business units to implement new technology; Building and configuring solutions in the development, test and production environment; Documenting the security infrastructure and design...
