Overview

The role is for a Network Engineer with a keen interest in network support. The engineer will provide day‑to‑day customer communication and support network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Provide network support and troubleshoot network issues.
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge.
• Maintain and support network infrastructure and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in Networking or another relevant computer/IT related degree.
• 1–2 years of similar experience as an IT Support Engineer.
