NOC Shift Lead — Incident & Escalation Champion

Flō Networks seeks an experienced NOC Manager on Duty to lead a shift in our Network Operations Center, supporting Enterprise and Wholesale customers across Mexico and Latin America. You’ll mentor engineers, own escalations, and uphold service excellence throughout incidents.

Based in Mexico City, you’ll drive incident resolution, document processes, and ensure compliance with ITIL-like standards while maintaining strong customer communication and internal advocacy.
