Nordics P&R Specialist – Maternity Cover (12 Months)

KONE in Espoo, Finland or KONE Kista in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking a Performance & Reward Specialist for Nordics on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity replacement. The role sits in the Performance & Rewards CoE and reports to the Nordics P&R Manager.

You will manage annual P&R processes, support policy development, provide analytics, and work cross‑border with People and Culture stakeholders. Strong English skills are required; Swedish is a plus.
