NPI Buyer

As NPI Buyer at NTS Singapore you will be responsible for supporting procurement activities during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, ensuring timely sourcing, ordering, and delivery of materials required for prototype and pilot builds.

The role works closely with suppliers, internal planning, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure material readiness aligns with project timelines. It involves managing ERP data setup, purchase order execution, and monitoring supplier performance. The NPI Buyer plays a critical role in mitigating supply risks and ensuring smooth material flow for new product launches.

Key responsibilities are:

• Support sourcing activities including RFQs and early supplier engagement during NPI phases
• Set up and maintain supplier and material master data in ERP systems (e.g., NAV/SAP), including pricing, MOQ, and lead times
