NPI Engineer Position Summary
The NPI Engineer is responsible for introducing new products into manufacturing, ensuring process readiness, yield performance, and smooth transition into mass production.
Key Responsibilities- Lead EVT, DVT, and PVT builds
- Develop process flow
- Develop work instructions
- Develop manufacturing setup
- Identify risks and drive process improvements
- Monitor yield and performance during ramp
- Coordinate with Design, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
- Ensure smooth product transition to mass production
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
- 5+ years of NPI experience in electronics or optical module manufacturing
