**Description:**
**POSITION PURPOSE**
+ We are seeking a dedicated **Registered Nurse (RN)** to serve as a **Nurse Coordinator** on our **5 North Medical Observation unit** . The Nurse Coordinator plays a vital leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality care and ensuring smooth day-to-day unit operations in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
+ 5 North is a 34-bed unit supporting a patient population of observation, neuro/stroke, and general medicine.
+ The staff includes RNs, LPNs, PCTs and leverages Virtual Nurses using our TogetherTeam model.
+ This position is Full-Time, scheduled 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8-hour day shift with no weekends, holidays or on-call.
**MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Current Michigan Nursing License
+ Graduation from accredited nursing program: BSN Required
