Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

1. Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and referrals.
2. Monitor patients’ conditions through observation and vital signs readings.
3. Develop nursing care plans based on individual patient needs.
4. Provide health education to patients and their families.
5. Document patient progress and changes in condition accurately.
6. Ensure all medical records are maintained properly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and national health regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred but not essential.
