Position Overview
Our client, a Consumer Products And Software Services company, is looking for a Nurse Practitioner IV for their San Jose, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Perform case management of work-related injuries/illnesses to ensure prompt and efficient coordination of care and return-to-work.
+ Support questions related to workplace restrictions/limitations.
+ Perform initial telephonic or virtual triage of workplace incidents using evidence-based protocols and clinical judgment to determine the most appropriate level of care (e.g., self-care guidance, clinic referral, or urgent care).
+ Conduct medical surveillance and fitness-to-work medical evaluations in alignment with regulatory requirements and in collaboration with clinic manager and OH medical director as needed.
