Nurse Practitioner Role in Acute Care Model

Northern Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to enhance its Hospital at Home program in Prince George, BC. In this full-time position, you will deliver in-home acute care, promoting patient recovery and satisfaction.
You will play an essential role as the Most Responsible Provider (MRP), coordinating care with a dedicated interprofessional team. This position involves engaging with advanced technology to monitor patient improvement and adapting care strategies, all while helping to develop this innovative healthcare model.
