Position Overview
Are you a Nursery Manager looking for work in Bedford?
Winner Education are recruiting for a Nursery Manager for a large nursery setting based in the Bedford area. The nursery has an outstanding reputation and is an ever-growing nursery chain. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments which make a real difference to the lives of all children! This a full time, permanent position. Experienced Deputy Managers will also be considered for this role. You must have a minimum of either an NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
The successful Nursery Manager will be required to:
Support the Centre Director and Operations Leadership Team with day to day operation of the nursery
Lead, mentor and inspire the team
Previous experience of working within Early Years as a Manager or Deputy Manager
Ensure essential everyday tasks are completed
Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
