Position Overview
Location: Four Crosses, Powys Salary: From £12 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (with potential for extended hours to 5:00 pm during peak seasons). Join the team at Four Crosses Nursery as a Nursery Worker and play a vital role in growing and nurturing high-quality nursery stock. What You'll Do Assist with the planting, care, and maintenance of nursery stock.
Prepare plants for dispatch, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery.
Participate in general housekeeping tasks, such as maintaining clean and organised workspaces. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in horticulture or a similar role is a plus but not essential - enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are most important.
