An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our team to cover maternity leave. The service is based at Mill Hill Community Health Centre in Huddersfield. It provides high quality care to patients in their own homes, community rehabilitation facilities and care homes. This is an excellent opportunity to build a service that represents local needs and opinions and as a member you can have a say in how this happens.
