Ocean Export Officer

• Required to work all Saturdays during probation period of 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Perform the operational activities related to processing of documents for Export shipment
• Ensure completeness & accuracy of documentation
• Coordinate with local customer, overseas office/agent, carrier/co-loader & service provider
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
• Key shipment into our in-house system and send pre-alert to overseas office/agent
• Ensure all Billing are done timely & accurately
• Knowledge on Project cargo handling is an added advantage

Contractual Period:

• $2100 to $2300
• 1 Month AWS entitled for staff (1 year and above)
• Pro-rated AWS for confirmed staff (Less than 1 year)
