OCR Implementation Analyst (Staff Level)

Implementation Analyst (contract through March 2027)
Job Description:

+ Support the implementation and optimization of the ABBYY OCR platform

+ Train and maintain document templates and recognition rules for vendor documents

+ Review OCR output and validate extracted data for accuracy and completeness

+ Identify trends, exceptions, and recurring issues impacting recognition rates

+ Collaborate with team members to provide feedback and recommendations that improve OCR learning and performance

+ Assist with onboarding new vendor document formats

+ Create files from OCR-generated data for integration into RightAngle

+ Test system changes and help refine workflows and business rules

+ Document findings, best practices, and process improvements

+ Participate in ongoing discussions regarding how the tool can become more efficient and accurately process documents
