Position Overview

Looking for a part time office administrator for a family-owned blinds business based in Malaga.

Your role will include the following duties:

  • Directing clients around the showroom
  • Booking appointments
  • Preparing quotes, sales orders, and invoices
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Collecting payments from customers
  • Other data entry
  • General administrative duties as required

Key skill requirements include:

  • Professional attitude and presentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Independent and organised
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including phone manner
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Adept at Microsoft Office programs (Excel)
  • Knowledge of MYOB accounting or similar software preferable (not essential)
