Job Summary

Scotiabank is looking for a Manager, Investment Management Office who will be a key contributor to the Scotia Investment Management business. You will report to the Director of Investment Management Development and the Director of Investment Management Office, ensuring effective delivery of initiatives that support the 1832 Asset Management business and other Scotia Investment Fund Manufacturers (IFMs) globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer incentive‑based compensation plans for the 1832 Asset Management team, including plan design, implementation, calculation, and payment of annual incentives.
2. Collaborate with internal partners and the GAM Finance team to ensure timely administration of compensation‑related issues and preparation of Annual Fund Management Worksheets.
