Position Overview
- Manage the daily office operations (reception, suppliers, maintenance, workspace organization, and materials)
- Coordinate IT setup for new employees and follow up on onboarding processes
- Support financial activities (invoice validation, PO tracking, vendor follow-up)
- Draft and communicate internal announcements
- Organize team events and offsites (including logistics and budget monitoring)
- Ensure safety and compliance (first aid, fire safety, training coordination)
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners
