Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of our office. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Create and update records and databases with accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings; handle calendar management.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when needed.
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings as needed.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
