Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of administrative operations for the Dubai office ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Handle vendor management end-to-end: sourcing getting quotations negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
• Oversee office permits maintenance and repair requests and office suppliesensuring all requests are tracked and managed via the freezone portal....
