Position Overview

  • Attend to frontline matters and be responsible when dealings with the public
  • Attend to customers either by phone, face to face or electronic means
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Update and maintain proper database and information system accurately
  • Ascertain all relevant information received are accurate for proper registration
  • Perform thorough customer verification and validation
  • Responsible in collecting, verifying and managing information / data on the exhumation site area to ensure accuracy
  • Perform field work operations at the cemetery
  • Manage counterparts involved in the project implementation in accordance with the existing regulations
