Offshore Subsea Shift Superintendent – Trenching/Cabling

Mint Selection is seeking two experienced Shift Superintendents for an offshore campaign based in Scotland. Candidates should have specific expertise in trenching or cable installation along with offshore operational experience to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

The role involves leading operations during shifts, coordinating marine activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Successful applicants must also hold valid Offshore Survival and Medical certificates and be eligible to work in the UK.
