O&M Supervisor (Landscape)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including grass cutting, drain cleaning, housekeeping, and pest control works
• Monitor and ensure work quality, productivity, and attendance of general workers
• Plan and deploy manpower, tools, equipment, and vehicles according to the work schedule
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with company HSE requirements
• Conduct site inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and related documentation
• Manage workers' welfare, accommodation, discipline, and safety matters
• Coordinate with site representatives, contractors, and internal teams to support site operations
