Onboarding Menu Final Check Agent

Job Description

• Complete menu final check processes
• Control each item of the new menus and take notes for menu agent to correct the errors
• Inform and coordinate with cross-functional and vertical teams regarding SOP and SOP changes

Qualifications

• Grammatical knowledge and language proficiency
• Compliance with platform requirements and standards, and the ability to follow legal regulations
• Basic understanding of operational KPIs (e.g., AHT, SLA) and performance targets
• Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured operational processes
• Ability to identify technical or operational issues, escalate them to the relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process.
