The specialist will provide hands-on hardware repair and maintenance support within a fast-paced data center environment. Responsibilities include server hardware troubleshooting, parts replacement, firmware upgrades, and OS installation. The role requires close collaboration with onsite teams and coordination with field engineers and colocation facility staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively manage customer interactions and document operational activities.
