Operational Head: Production

Babylonstoren is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operational Head: Production to lead and oversee our diverse production environments, including non-alcoholic beverages, dairy, soap manufacturing, and bakery opera tions.
This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational and financial acumen, exceptional people management skills, and a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or production management, with part of this experience at senior management level.
A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Engineering, Production Management , or a related field.
Strong technical background in manufacturing and production processes.
Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation.
