We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and people-focused Operations Support Team Leader – Planning and Scheduling to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will lead the Planning and Scheduling function, ensuring the efficient delivery of back‑office support while driving operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience across B. Braun’s service operations. You will oversee day‑to‑day team activities, support performance management, and work closely with Field Service Engineers, Workshop teams, and key stakeholders to optimise resource planning, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. As a people manager, you’ll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development‑focused culture across the site.
