Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administrator – Asset Transfers to join our Operations team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the transfer and administration of client investment accounts and assets, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of client asset transfers and investment administration activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, custodians, and external providers to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing inbound and outbound transfers across ISAs, SIPPs, pensions, offshore bonds, nominee accounts, and general investment accounts
  • Managing the transfer and re-registration of equities, funds, bonds, and certificated holdings
