Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Process and manage corporate action events for the business, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Review and process various corporate actions such as dividends, rights issues, bonus issues, stock splits, mergers, tender offers, and other market events.
- Perform daily operational and transaction processing activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct reconciliations of securities and cash positions to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and outstanding items in a timely manner.
- Support ad hoc operational initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
