Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh . This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Operations Analyst – Policy Servicing & Policy Processing (Fresh Graduate - Supporting Hong Kong)

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks associated with processes such as Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills and Invoices


• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)


• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
