Operations Compliance Specialist

Operations Compliance Specialist serves as the compliance authority within the operations department, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Comply with and ensure compliance to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality standards, financial controls, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by Haleon Corporate Policies.

Role responsibilities

• Perform timely d-MERP/SAP transactions and maintain accurate Production Master Data.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
• Manage master data updates, access requests, and support complete d-MERP execution activities, including BMR/BPR uploading, revisions, and handling for production processes.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of key operational and compliance systems, including VEEVA Quality Docs, Ariba, CMMS, and Galaxy.
