What you will do:
- Support transaction management activities across energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, settlement, and confirmations
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution
- Monitor and improve operational processes, internal controls, and quality standards across Transaction Management activities
- Manage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks
